Scott takes great pride in guiding customers through the abatement process, ensuring they feel informed and supported every step of the way. Outside of work, Scott treasures time with his granddaughter, enjoys playing basketball to stay active, and often escapes to the outdoors for camping adventures.
James holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science and deeply values the family-oriented culture at ALM Abatements. With over a decade of experience as a production manager, James oversees permitting and ensures that all jobs run smoothly on the back end, providing seamless coordination and efficiency. His attention to detail and commitment to the team’s success play a key role in ALM’s continued growth. Outside of work, James enjoys spending quality time with his family, making the most of Colorado’s beautiful scenery and outdoor activities.
Kerri brings more than a decade of expertise in sales and marketing leadership, with a proven track record of driving growth and fostering meaningful client relationships. At ALM Abatements, what she loves most is the opportunity to connect with customers on a personal level and the rewarding feeling that comes from turning challenges into successes. Outside of work, Kerri enjoys quality time with her daughter and finds joy in exploring new places through travel.
Christine brings over 15 years of valuable experience in office and production management, where she has consistently demonstrated a strong work ethic, leadership, and a passion for efficiency. She approaches her role at ALM with enthusiasm and dedication, eager to contribute to the team’s success and growth. Outside of work, Christine leads an active and fulfilling life, often on the move supporting her children in their sports and hobbies—something she finds both energizing and deeply rewarding.
With a bachelor’s degree in Business Management and over 25 years of accounting experience, Monkia is known for her prescision and dedication to getting the details right. When she’s not immersed in numbers, she enjoys the peaceful pace of life on her farm and homesteads — caring for animals, working the land and finding balance in the simplicity and satisfaction of rural living in Florida.
Dawne plays a vital role in supporting ALM’s abatement operations by streamlining communication, coordinating production schedules, and keeping the company’s fleet of vehicles ready for action. Her proactive approach helps ensure everything stays on track behind the scenes. Outside of work, Dawne enjoys spending time with her son and making the most of Colorado’s great outdoors through four-wheeling and mountain hikes.
Brad brings a wealth of experience from his extensive background in restoration, which drives his success as a Project Manager at ALM. Known for his genuine desire to help others, Brad consistently goes above and beyond—earning the trust and appreciation of clients who value his dependable and compassionate approach. Outside of work, Brad treasures time with his beautiful wife and daughter, and finds peace and excitement in the outdoors as an avid sportsman who enjoys both hunting and fishing.
Aaron brings a diverse background to the team, with extensive experience in insurance, training, and asbestos building inspection. He holds a bachelor’s degree in political science from the University of Colorado at Boulder. Outside of work, Aaron enjoys golfing, fishing, traveling, and discovering great food. What he values most about ALM is being part of a supportive team that feels more like a loving family.
Jessica—known to many as “Murf”— has a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management. At ALM Abatements, she thrives on building genuine relationships with clients and takes pride in supporting them through every step of the process. For Jessica, the most rewarding part of her role is being part of a close-knit team that feels more like family. Outside of work, she enjoys quality time with her daughter, catching up with friends, snowboarding and discovering new places through travel.
Kristen provides years of experience as a licensed insurance agent in Florida and Colorado. She has been in the restoration and general construction industry for several years. Kristen prides herself on building invaluable relationships and being a team player. When she’s not working, Kristen enjoys spending quality time with her family and exploring new destinations through travel.
Charles has over a decade of construction, general manager, and shop experience. He is the starting point at our production shop to make sure our crews are lined out and well taken care of on all ALM job’s running. Charles loves the Colorado outdoors and looks forward to his annual hunting trips.
I’m living the dream—heading to work with Mom every day! As Chief Nap Officer, Snack Security Breacher, and Outdoor Adventure Supervisor, I take my responsibilities very seriously. I specialize in napping like a pro, sampling everyones snacks (strictly for quality control, of course), and keeping a watchful eye on the great outdoors. My main job? Running this place… and making everyone smile while I do it.
